I love the song; I love the video. Great concept! By the way, the new album is awesome! I went out and bought it yesturday and I'm glad I did. I only wish I'd have known you were here in Calgary recently. :( Oh,well. I hope you come back soon.

Very different.. but after a few listens liked it. Just shows how versatile Chris is. I do hope this was a bit of something different and we will hear the Rock again. With a voice like his i dont want to see it lost! If u come to Oz I will be there. Good luck

i like rock a lot and i also like Soundgarden and RGTM. This is a different thing. We as
fans must listening careful and enjoy it too. I think we will like this. It is just a new begining. In my opinion i prefer the change more than repite the same kind of music

I think it shows alot more talent than the normal rock we're all used to from him. Dont get me wrong, I love the old stuff ALOT, but its safe to say pretty much anything this man puts out wont be bad. There are so many artists out there who cant even make it in different streams, so this says alot more than just "its different". It takes alot to do whats different and risk losing fans, but for me...Id buy anything Chris puts out whether its his own or working on someone elses cd. He simply has the most amazing voice, a true talent very few can claim :)

@AkaDilbert: I do not think, that you R writing bullshit, I am afraid that you R damn right with your comment to this new sound of Chris Cornell! In my oppinion, there is no need for him to join the Timbaland Club!
Chris is a fantastic artist, singer, songwriter and a role model for so many musicians all over the world...so if Timbaland likes to remix a Cornell-Track...go 4 it! -But Chris, you should better use your power to defend this tiny space, that Rock has in music bizz and the international charts anyway...Timbaland earns enough money w/ his stuff and he is not the one and only producer in the US, if you ask me, not the best as well!

I have loved chris cornell since soundgarden, and have faithfully followed all transitions and bought every album. This isnt bad, it is different and may take little getting used to, but as always Chris Cornell Is the MOST AMAZING vocalist out there. And I will always respect and enjoy all his endeavors "I'm your number one fan...LOL"
I am hurting!!!!!!!!!!!
I grew up loving and listening to Soundgarden. They were a huge part of my teenage years and with out it I am afraid of what my music taste would have developed into. I huge into their music and have everything that I can get my hands on that Chris has released. Now before anyone jumps on me for not wanting Chris to progress or experiment with new sounds, it is not that, I love his solo albums too. I am not just desperately hanging on to the heavy stuff . It is the fact that he seems to have taken his little animation to seriously and destroyed his guitars.
Timbaland is a talented man but he is the new "IT" man in hip hop and I just feel it is a desperation move for Chris to venture into this sound and use that already infamous "featuring Timbaland" tag. Is it just a ploy to get the younger kids to listen to his music. His music was always strong enough that he didn't need a hook. His earth shattering voice, his incredible lyrics and the amazing music that he surrounded it all in was enough to grabbed you by the ears drums and screamed "YOU ARE GOING TO LISTEN TO ME AND THERE IS NOT A THING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT!!!!".
These new songs are alright but they just don't feel the same with the dance beats.
OK OK I know that's enough of my long winded bull shit.
Chris your voice still ROCKS! But please remember the fans that have been following you for decades now. Yes I will still buy this album if only to hear where you have gone.

Chris, the show kicked ass! 2nd time I have seen you live, and I liked the way you mixed it up from the last tour. I love the new material and I especially liked the way you did My Good Eye from Badmotorfinger! Luck 2 you on the new album and am lookin 4ward to hearing it all.

I've been a fan of Chris C for a couple of years now and I love this CD totally, let yourself be a little bit openminded to other styles of music this is really well made and I can't stop listening to it since it came out, I've even took Ground Zero as my ringtone!
